Fear simply a word but there is nothing in this world which can destroy us as fear does. All of us have fears.

In reality, what the fear is? How it comes in us? How it destroys us? How can we take it out from our lives?

Fear

A nagging emotion that incite by impending pain, threat or danger is fear. According to;

Psychology

             Fear is a phobia. It’s a powerful and pristine human emotion.

Fear actually stands for False Evidence Appearing Real. It is an illusion. Sometimes we fabricate in our own minds, we imagine ourselves in that illusion and pretend it as real. 

We lost our close ones, our lovely things and even ourselves due to this fear. It not only destroys us physically, it destroys us mentally and socially too. People think we are going absurd.


Common Fears

There are some fears common in us that are listed below:
  •      Fear of heights

          This fear is also known as Acrophobia. Fears usually get improve or finish with age but this fear get worse when you get older.



  •    Fear of poverty

          The people with his fear are always in a feel of confusion. What to do, how to                                              do, they don’t know this. They become procrastinated.

  • Fear of criticism


What will the people say? This is the question of people with fear of criticism. “No I cannot do this” . This the answer by them.

These people got a inferiority and personality complex and become entavagant.

  • Fear of ill health


In some cases, people become more careful to diet. They just feel like this that everything is harmful for them. 
But in some cases they feel that they are so ill. They cannot be recovered if they don’t take a lot of medicines.
  •  Fear of loss of love of someone


This phobia is also known as thantaphobia. In this fear, they feel jealousy not because of this that they don’t like it but due to the fear of losing that person.

                They become selfish and feel insecure in that relationship. Some also lost their relations due to their fears.
                                                                                   


  •   Fear of death 



       The people with fear of death not only make their lives difficult, also make them   uncomfortable and mentally confused. They think about death all the time not for its eagerly but they are afraid of it. 

How to get rid of all kind of fears?



  • There are some rules to follow to overcome all the fears. Follow them and tackle these fears out of you.





Just keep it in your mind “Fear is a Liar"


Identify your fear

Think about your fear. Think about what you are afraid. Identify it.



Acknowledge your fear
Don’t take of what the people say just do and take this fear out of you.

Accept your fear
Accept that fear is just a signal to get prepared for something. It’s a sign to tackle with your issues

Develop confidence in you
Make yourself confident what you are, what you can do.

Prepare your mind
Just make your mind like this that I can do it, I will overcome this fear.

Formula to Defeat Fear

Try + Learn + Adapt + Try = Succeed

That’s the simple formula to defeat all kind of fears.

The main thing required to conquer anything is strong heart, courage. To be firm and resolute, to be determined and continuous struggle is the key to success.
